Prices for your stay at Villa Heimathafen
Prices for your stay at Villa Heimathafen range from 108,- € per day (off-peak season) to 270,- € per day (peak season). Send us your booking inquiry now and we will let you know the exact price.
Due to construction activities that might take place during the day (between 08:00 a.m. and 04:00 p.m.) at the Seepark Residenz in 2019, we have included a 20 % discount in our prices for 2019.
Included services
Costs for bed linen, towels, electricity, water and heating are included in the price.
Optional extras
- End of stay cleaning service 125,- € (plus 25,- € if you bring your dog(s))
- Boat rental 80,- € per day

- Deposit: 30 % of rental price, payable upon booking
- Final payment: 4 weeks prior to arrival
- Security deposit: 200,- €
- Arrival day: subject to agreement – earliest arrival time: 04:00 h p.m.
- Departure time: before 10:00 h a.m.

Cancellation terms
- 70 % refund for cancellations more than 30 days before arrival date
- 50 % refund for cancellations more than 10 days before arrival date
- 25 % refund for cancellations more than 1 day before arrival date
